Set up or start a trial/test meeting (get link searching for Zoom test meeting online). Install Zoom, log on using a Zoom created ID if possible (not Google / Facebook) created.
Install Turbo Studio (you'll need a licensed version) on the machine / VM, It wont stop it working just will make it bigger. On the machine / VM you are going to use, disable as much as possible of Windows background crap as possible (updates, cortana processes, defender updates, yada yada) as this will add extraneous file system and registry data to the exe you create. The following is best done a a virtual machine but can be done in a normal installation.
You might need to learn how to use Turbo Studio a little (used to be called Spoon Studio).
